cfcdw29
Almost every time I play a game, Krukow will say "Kuip, this guy has NOTHING on the ball game" or "This guy has NO stuff on the mound today." When does he say this? Because I've had times (today with Buchholz) when I'd strike out 6 in a row and then give up two hits, and the announcers would say this... Again, I'm just curious to see if anyone knows.
BigRog
we know. if you follow the boards regularly, we are constantly complaining about the crap job ea did with the announcer audio. Thats why we have a project going on right now to replace all that.
Yankee4Life
I have to second what BigRog said. Your best bet is to not to put much stock into what is being said by the announcers. I've had my announcers turned off for over a year now and I don't miss them one bit. One of the oddest things that they did say was when I first started a game. I was facing my first batter and I threw two straight balls out of the strikezone and Krukow said that my pitcher "won't be in there much longer." DanGCA
Ok call me a homer but I really like having Kruk and Kuip in the game. The voice acting is good, its how EA coded the the way in which the dialog is called by the game that sucks. I also miss having batters announced when they come to bat, like they did in MVP2K4. Cheers. Daniel Go Giants!!!! Can we at least win 81 games this year???
