well i said that because remember his dynasty??? well.... there isnt much to say about it... he presented it like the old xxyankeexx or w/e his name was. i just think this project is not going to go any where because if he cant even do a dynasty i doubt he will be able to make uni's, a stadium, etc.

wrigleyville33, you're perfectly entitled to post your opinion of whether this mod will get finished or not. What you're not entitled to do, however, is outright insult other members. You're not exactly a beacon of perfect conduct yourself either, so seeing you call other members stupid is an almost perfect example of the pot calling the kettle black. For someone that's asking andrewdon if he's 6 years old, bear in mind that the only form of punctuation you've used on this page is a period at the end of your sentences and a failed attempt at using ellipses. Multiple question marks have also made an appearance, and you don't even start your sentences with a capital letter or use commas, so take a look in the mirror before you start criticising other members.

Now, can we please let this thread get back to the reason it was created?

Okay, I am done but please do not take the following seriously. Take it more as a joke. Isn't it supposed to be Wrigleyville33, and not as you put it, "wrigleyville33"? The wrigley you put at the beginning of the sentence.

Considering "wrigleyville33" is the name you chose and not "Wrigleyville33", I'd prefer to refer to you by your chosen name, but as names are nouns, yes, you're right, I should have used "Wrigleyville33". I just copied and pasted your name into the text field, so my apologies.

Now, since we're being punctually correct, your post is missing at least 2 commas and quite a few other things.

wrigleyville33 you are really just annoying me with what you are saying. (Actually everyone) Just because I didn`t understand the name doen`t mean you can just call me six. AstroEric love the font what's it called so far Iv'e got the Charolette flight and the LV Aces Blackjacks and Rollers.

uhh... well lets see if a las vegas team is related to "rollers" then lets just think. what is in las vegas? casinos... and you generally use dice for betting with the exception of your card games and slot machines... and you roll dice in which you gain money or lose it which is also known as gambling which leads to the term "rollers". that is why i called you six... because you didnt think logically before you posted.

Thanks. I desperately want Charlotte to get a major league team, but they wouldn't support it.

Here's what I worked on last year, if it serves any inspiration:

They look nice AstroEric. Maybe Charlotte will get a team someday. When I first saw the Charlotte Flights, I thought of Orville and Wilbur Wright and thought of another name: KittyHawk Gliders. The logo could be the plane they used on that flight.

I don't think there's an MLB team in Buffalo. It could be the Buffalo Butchers, the Buffalo Buffaloes, or better yet ... the Buffalo Binary. You can also bring a team back to Canada ... perhaps Mississauga, Ontario. They are an ideal place except for their proximity to Toronto.

Also, for some of your ideas you can check out the top 100 biggest cities at http://www.city-data.com/top1.html. Or, from looking at the list, how about Hempstead, Long Island? lmao

AstroEric's idea was good and I would use his idea as the standard in comparing any other idea you may receive. Which ever team you decide to do, good luck.

Back on topic that looks great i might have gone with a more classic look for the airplane theme but coming up with original stuff is very difficult so nice job. As for this create a team idea i think the first thing you wnat to do is come up with a name then logos and unis. Once you have logos everyhting kinda flows from there.

The only problem with calling a team the Kitty Hawk anything is that it has a population of around 3,000 and isn't geographically near any city that could support a baseball team.

Otherwise, it's a good thought. I think I might have a uni somewhere on my computer that was supposed to be a "vintage" jersey with the Wright glider.

I wasn't thinking of the population of Kitty Hawk. What's the biggest city closest to Kitty Hawk? I guess nobody liked the Mississauga idea. I checked out their homepage and it seems like a cool place with a ton of hotel rooms. But, it may too long to get on the Jersey anyway. LOL

Or, how about a baseball team in Silicon Valley? There are a lot of cities in that area such as San Jose and Palo Alto. The nickname could be silicons, what they use to make the CPU chips. Too bad Pirates already exists because otherwise you can have Silicon Valley Pirates referencing the movie. Or maybe the Pittsbugh Pirates can move to Silicon Valley, keep the nickname but have a new logo, stadium and jerseys.

Edit >>>

mrmet06, I like that vegas logo and jersey. The name could be Spades ... the Vegas Spades.

I think the biggest closest city capable of maybe supporting a baseball team is Richmond, Va.

You might want to research all meanings of the word before naming your team that. That's one of the more popular terms in my area of the world that old rednecks use for...well, I'll let you find out.

The logo on his Jersey looks like a spade from a deck of card. No disrespect but I have a feeling I don't want to find out anyway. Good idea AstroEric to check the names though. I still say the Charlotte idea is the best so far.

Yeah well...I'm making a team from Las Vegas...I'm calling them the Las Vegas Wayne Newton's
