Executing MVP '07 Problem Vista 32 bit

New Gateway dual core 32 bit with the Video Card made especially for games........., a gig and half of RAM

What I have tried: installed MLB 07 in original folder (MVP Baseball 2005) :with patch with original CDs, three times. Also I redownloaded files from this site repeated the process. Installation indicates no errors.

What happens: Execute MVP 2005 and it begins to execute the 07 program like usual, get the screen with Griffey and as soon as it begins to load, it stops and delivers the message: "A problem caused mvp2005.exe to stop working correctly and has to close."

any suggestions on where to go from here?

Note: MVP 2005 installed on its own works fine.

little late to tell you this but.... you need a dual core 64bit and 3-4 gig ram to run anything with game graphics sucessfully on vista. vista eats up .75 to 1 gig ram by itself to run :(

My old PC had memory problems and I saw this same message, but I got a new Gateway E machine with Vista, duel core 32 bit with 2gb of RAM, and so far everything runs fine.

Why is that? If that's true, then I am screwed.............thanks, though for the information

and combined what dlang1 said, then I am back to square one, because he says his works with Vista 32 bit at 2 gigs............

And to BigRog: thanks, but I am always running in administration mode.
