Mav3rek
I'm having trouble connecting via remote desktop to my home PC from work. Here's the rundown of the situation. Both PC's are Windows XP machines. Allow remote connections is enabled on my home PC. Windows firewall is set to allow connections. No antivirus is blocking it. TCP Port 3389 of my router is forwarded to the IP address of the PC I want to connect to (my home PC) I've been trying to login via remote desktop from my work PC by using my IP address (found at whatsmyip.com) and then :3389, but I still get an error message. If I try to connect via my IP and router port at home it gives me the same error message. The error message says the client could not connect to the remote compute.r
