Mauer4MVP
Yep I got it off ebay and it just arrived! Couldn't resist the temptation. It was for $56. I had mvp for xbox but that's the only reason I still had my xbox so now i can sell that. Question for you guys, does it pay for me to get the updates if I'm going use the mvp 07 edition? RaptorQuiz
The 07 "total conversion" mod pretty much does all the updating you will need... ...there is an 08 version that is forthcoming - no estimates on a release date, yet. "When it's done" is a safe bet.

Mauer4MVP
Thanks. Ya that should be awesome having Delmon Young dominate the league on the Twins. Ok since I'm new would you guys mind telling me how I dowload the MVP 07 and install it.

RaptorQuiz
In all honesty... I think the MOST up-to-date version is called "MVP 07: MLB reboot version" and is availiable on EAmods.com, here: LINK: http://www.eamods.com/Downloads/details/id=312.html Until 08 comes out, that is your best one-stop-shopping solution. RaptorQuiz
Sweet, I'm glad you've got things moving along. The 07 version I linked to, and the (T)otal (I)nstaller (T)hingy (also called "TiT") are really the two most important downloads in the MVP baseball gaming universe at this point. Once you have your MLB05 installed, and put the MLB07 mod over it, you can use the TiT for almost all the other mods you ever feel like installing, and it makes it so easy it should be illegal. Mauer4MVP
Nevermind still confused as to what to save it as or on. I'm feeling like an idiot.
krawhitham
download reboot download and install TiT Put reboot in the same folder as TiT Launch TiT and select the reboot file CLICK "DO IT" TiT will unpack the file once unpacked TiT will: Open the readme file Open a sample image Launch EAmods.com home page ask you to insert CD1 for MVP Baseball 2005 (a mounted CD image will work) Click ok after you insert CD1 next you will see It will install the needed files from CD1 and then ask for CD2 once again you will see after installing CD2 the EAmods's treasury page will load THE INSTALL IS NOT DONE This was an over sight by me and will be fixed with the next release of TiT After a few moments (depending on your CPU) you will see this ONCE this has disappeared your install will be done all temp files will be deleted at this time, you can now close TiT and play your game. PLEASE note this does not create a shortcut to the MVP2005.exe, you will have to do so manually if you want one
pitchleague
kraw, I don't need those directions, but they are superbly done. You may want to sticky this thread and re-name it or something.

krawhitham
The original '07 mod which is 349mb and this one is 649mb. THIS IS A LIVIN' LARGE VERSION, if you were around for MVP 06 you know what I'm taking about. This version does not "install" the 07 files but simply overwrites complete files, this should limit all install errors and crashes
