I'm unsure if this has been attempted before, but I will be playing with the 1956 Total Conversion. Nothing wrong with classics right?

Bullpen Unable to Hold Lead

White Sox (0-0) vs Athletics (0-0)

[Larry Doby's 2-run home run in the 1st inning]

The White Sox scored 3 quick runs in the first inning off Minnie Minoso's RBI single, followed by a two run shot to right field by Larry Doby. Chicago Ace Billy Pierce held the Athletics scoreless until Clete Boyer's RBI double put Kansas City on the board in the 6th. The next inning Pierce was quickly replaced by Sandy Consuegra after a lead off single. Consuegra struggled with his control letting up RBI singles to Vic Power, Gus Zernial and Joe DeMaestri. Bobby Shantz held the White Sox scoreless in the ninth as Kansas City holds on to win 4-3.

Donovan Pitches Gem in Win

Athletics (1-0) vs White Sox (0-1)

Luis Aparicio scored the first White Sox run of the game off of Larry Doby's fielders choice in the 1st. Following an RBI single by Larry Doby scoring Nellie Fox in the 3rd. The White Sox got their final run off of Ron Northey's double scoring Jim Rivera. Dic* Donovan was lights out shuting out the Athletics' offense. His only mistake was a 0-1 slider to Vic Power who went yard to left field. Donovan pitched 8 innings, allowing one run with 5 strikeouts. Notching the save was Dixie Howell pitching a 1-2-3 ninth
