The Estadio Cibao in Santiago, Dominican Republic will recieve the 3 champions of the caribbean (Dominican Republic, Mexico and Venezuela) and the Dominican Republic sub-champ since the Puerto Rico league was canceled are the four teams that will battle for the title of the caribbean!

Will the Aguilas Cibaeñas win the classic that they host this year in their stadium and win back-to-back caribbean titles? Will the back-to-back venezuela champions Tigres de Aragua win the caribbean classic? Will the Mexican champion Yaquis de Obregon that won it's first title since 1981 and the club's first appearance in the classic as a champion since they went in 1974 as a sub-champ be the king of the caribbean? Or will the D.R. sub-champ Tigres del Licey that are the 9 time caribbean world series winners get their 10th crown in the Licey's 100th anniversary?

Get ready to watch béisbol! Since ESPN Deportes will air all the games in the US and maybe YES network will do so as they did in 2006 and 2007
