mbeal08 Posted February 3, 2008 Share Posted February 3, 2008 Well I am completely new to pc gaming in general. I have a wireless 360 controller and the wireless reciever. Well needless to say the controls are terible (X button doesnst throw a pitch brings up a menu screen). I have been reading around and I found the how to for this problem. In mine it has FOUR things listed, instead of 3 (the 3 being controller, key1, key2). The 4th is the controller again, with the settings all screwed up. Not sure why it does that, but just copy the settings from the top one into the bottom one and it should all match up. So then you have this- Notice the Xbox 360 controller being listed twice...the top entry and bottom entry. mbeal08 Posted February 7, 2008 Author Share Posted February 7, 2008 This is where I think I am running into trouble... in my fourth profile it says Controller_(Xbox_360_Wireless_Receiver_for_Windows) not xb0x 360 controller for windows. Make sure those settings are the same as the first entry (the 360 wireless controller one), and it will work almost 100%. The only issues I have found are that IBB and HBP (clicking in on the joysticks) doesn't want to work. But I don't need those anyway, so no big deal.
