weird minor league lineups in my 2007 mvp dynasty

have any of you experienced an issue where your lineups for your minor league teams are missing a position, but doubling up on another? Example... I am the Reds and when I look at the Bats line up and the Lookouts lineups they have C, 1B , 2B, 2B, 3B, SS, LF, CF. Notice the 2B and no RF. The same player on 2B also shows up twice in the lineup and I can't change it to add a RF. I used MVPEdit to delete the lineups and set them correctly, but they always change back after a game or 2. The major league roster is always correct. I am using MVP2005 with the 2007 MOD and KG rosters. I also use the DAT Exporter and Importer v0.24. Thanks if anyone has a way to fix this.
