I am a chef at an all breakfast and lunch restaurant, called Cora's. It's pretty big in Canada.

We specialize in Waffles/Pancakes/Crepes...all the breakfast goodies. I have been offered a Head Chef position with a restaurant called Montana's Cook House. I am slightly intrigued by this proposition, because I love cooking steaks/Ribs/Chicken, etc.

I am trained in Italian/North American cuisine...although I tend to dabble in just about anything, either at work, or at home.

It can be a highly stressful job, but a pretty rewarding one. The money sucks starting out, but after a few years, and the experience I gained, I actually do quite nicely.

Full time student-SUNY Stony Brook, which reminds me, must go study for Calc and Physics midterm...

I work as an IT repair guy for about 20 hours a week, downstairs at my college. On the weekends I go back to where I used to work after school in high school, and I work doing computer engineering there. As of last week, I also work at Starbucks as a barista on campus. Gotta pay for college somehow...

Full time student at UW-Milwaukee.

I work part time for Coke doing merchandising.

You work for coke? That's just sick, I mean if you need coke that bad, get a job and buy it with the money you make... or do you resell it?

I'm majoring in Information Technology, with an emphasis in Network Administration, focusing on the Microsoft side of things (i.e. software)

That's cool, I majored in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Managment Information Technology, and minored in Computer Science, among other things.

I majored in Comp Sci for 3 years, before switching things around.

Cashier. I work at the Quick Stop as a cashier in which I see some gangly looking guy witha mullet outside who loiters all day. I think he is a bum that sells dime bags but my view is blocked by the candy aisle. I never call the cops on him because I feel bad for him. Also, I should find something else to do because I'm tired of saying to each and every customer as they leave, 'Dank you and cumaginn'.

There are two of us really but they other guy does not talk much

Yeah, Mo. Perhaps you should try playing hockey on the roof.

I'm a full-time English composition teacher at a university, but next year I'll be a full-time student again. Hooray!

What is this about, and what do you do with that education. And why are you interested in the profession you're currently in. If you don't mind.

Oh man, I love Cora's, they just opened one near my house and I go at least every month. Best place for breakfast bar none. The only thing I like about Montana's is the all-you-can-eat Ribs on wednesday nights.

Newspaper Journalist for a daily paper in the Phoenix metro-area.

When not covering city news, including spring training, the Super Bowl and other fun stuff, I also help design our new website that launches in March.

It's a good job if you can get it, but there are so many cutbacks that most people are losing their reporting jobs. The pay on the other hand is horrific. I just started making more than I did at Wal-Mart when i was in college.

So I took the job as restaurant manager at Montana's Cookhouse.....seems like it is a step in the right direction....money's excellent, benefits are great, and there is a chance to move into a district manager's position in time....anxious to get started.
