I'm looking to edit the shoes and batting gloves in a uniform file.

What is the easiest way to do this?

EAGraph or something else?

If it's not too much trouble please explain.

Btw I've searched for a tutorial.

well you need a program like Photoshop or gimp

You would need to open up the jersey fsh file for the team your editing and replace your shoe file with there shoe file. EAgraph could do that for you

Why do I get a "stream read error"?

What am I doing wrong?

I'm using the correct size image.

No need for gimp or photoshop if I don't need to resize, correct?

Which import wizard action do I take?

EAGraph will probably corrupt your models.big.

Photoshop/GIMP plus NFSHTool equals the greatest way to replace uniforms in my opinion.

Same here. Thats what I use

Use EAGraph to export the uniform.fsh into your NFSHTool Folder. Drag the .fsh directly into nfshtool.exe. Then a folder will pop up with all the uniform parts.

Open up gim, open up your accesories and save them over the accesories in the new uniform folder inside of the nfshtool folder.

Then drag the index.fsh from the uniform folder into nfshtool.exe. Then use EAGraph to import the new uniform.fsh

Thanks for the help!

One more question....

I've resized some images, however the file seems to be too large.

512x256 into 256x128

384KB to 128KB, it needs to be 96KB.

NFSHtool says error.

What can I do about this?

Right click index.fsh and open using notepad/wordpad. Go down to the uniform part that you changed the size of and input the updated dimensions. Save it and perform the steps mentioned in previous posts.
