I've already tried going here: http://oedit.nd4spdworld.com/site/index.php?ms=oiftool&ss=dl And I downloaded OIFTool 1.0, plus the ZModeler plug in, but that version of the program only seems to work Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2.
