xiberger
I have a quick question about the games graphics. When I play and put the player detail on high, for ome reaon yo can see through the players' chests, thighs (sometimes) and the front of their shins? Is there a way to fix this? Could this also be the reason the 07 version is glitching? Try turning off "Helmet Reflections" in the option menu. That should do the trick. Maestro23
OK, I found the Video Card information... Card Type: Intel® 82865G Graphics Controller Memory Size: 96 MB Just as I thought, an integrated video card. This is why you're having issues running the mods here at the site. You need to look into getting a video card with its own dedicated memory. Might want to bump the RAM up to a full 1 Gig as well. You will see a major difference with these two upgrades. Here's one of many threads discussing good, inexpensive video cards. You 1st need to find out what kind of video card slot you have on your motherboard. Is it PCI, PCI-E, AGP. Then you can go shopping. http://www.mvpmods.com/Forums/viewtopic/t=...ideo+cards.html What brand is your computer? Who makes it?
rdsx246
Awesome, thanks. I've got a Windows XP. Would an ATI graphics card work?
Maestro23
Awesome, thanks. I've got a Windows XP. Would an ATI graphics card work? You can run ATI or Nvidia. Its up to you. Like I said earlier though, you need to find out what type of slot your motherboard has for a video card. PCI, PCI-e, or AGP. Who makes your computer? What brand is it? Gateway, Dell, HP, etc... Maestro23
Dell. I think it is PCI. not sure though. Go to Dell's website, and look up the model # of your system. Should be able to find out all the specs. Slot type, what type of RAM can be used, etc...

cp22
I just bought MVP 05 for the PC. I installed the game and played 1 game and it worked fine. Then I downloaded the MVP 07 mod. I installed it. I click to play the game and the splash screen with Griffey comes up and loads for about a second, and then it stops and goes back to the desktop with a message saying that mvp05 is not responding. I am using windows vista. I have every firewall turned off, no applications running. This is a new computer that has an nvidia graphics card, 2gigs or Ram. I have no idea what to do. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

cp22
I am the administrator. I payed $105 for the game. So you can see why I would want it to work, but so far no luck.

grasshopper
First of all, I want to say thanks to the modder team for another out of the park effort. I've got MVP07 running great on my desktop computer. The problem is laptop 4 travelling. I am using a 2 y/o Toshiba laptop. Thus my specs arent that great. I had MVP06 running on this w/out a hitch, but when I run MVP07 I get through the modders screen and the EAsports intro and then the game crashes or hangs. Im not sure if my specs r enuff. XP Pentium M 1.86 1024 ram Uses Intel 915 chipset All virus and firewalls off Any suggestions?
