How do you guys make hi-res unis?

Hi guys, I wasn't sure where to put this, so I picked the requests forum.

Basically, we can mod textures in Madden now. There's a big thread over at football-freaks and people are making new uniforms and such.

I was just wondering how you guys went about making the hi-res uniform mods for MVP? I was thinking I could use a similar process for Madden. Do you just blow up the texture files in photoshop, or is it more involved?
