Project Balanced Rosters

I was thinking about the idea of a roster file that all teams are as good as each other so this is what I was thinking. We take away the best player on each team. Then we give the worst top player to the best team and the best to the worst and so on until all the players are matched with a right team. Or some way like that. What do you guys think about that. I'm sorry if this idea has already been said so if it is you can lock or delete it.

I think I understand. He wants to create a roster where the team rankings are all equal. I don't think the game would ever acknowledge that they're equal and would just place them in an order anyways. To accomplish this, he would take the best player from the best team and put them on the lowest ranked team to drive up their ranking. Then, he'd keep doing that until all teams were ranked the same.

We aren't going to lock or delete this thread. There's no reason for it. You are just throwing out an idea and if it sticks, fine. If not, well, you lose nothing.

Now after I read this and get the general idea of what you mean, the first question is why would you want to do this? If just for the hell of it or to do something different, that's fine. It seems to me that maybe you can accomplish this by having a draft with all the players and if it is possible you control the picks for each team. Then you can make sure they are all balanced in both leagues. And I don't know if what I just said is possible in MVP since I never tried it.

The thing is the best player is not necessarily on the best team (like Pujols is on a bad team). Sounds somewhat feasible though.
