2 seperate crash issues

Issue 1-Last night, I encountered a crash which occurs in my game, whenever I try and exit after I have completed the game, it crashes to the desktop. I tried another old dynasty that was at a different point, played a game, and it crashed to the desktop. I'm not sure what's causing this?

Issue 2-Also, I recently purchased a new laptop, which has better graphics than my other computer. I installed MVP on it, and put the 07 mod on with all my addins, it ran perfectly. Then I attempted to install KC's Rays unis which I use for my dynasty. I went in to play a game, the uniform select screens show no images, and it crashes when the game is about half loaded. I then removed everything from my system that related to MVP and attempted a fresh install. Again, I installed MVP and the 07 mod, and attempted to play a game, this time, the uniform select screens were blank, and it crashed even without KC's unis. Now every time I attempt to re-install on my laptop, the same things happen.

Any help/ideas are greatly appreciated.
