danc
I have downloaded and applied the oldtime overlay and it is great. I have questions/requests. Question - Which files are put where? I did manage to find where the files went and it did work but maybe a txt file describing where to put them might be a good idea. Request - Is it possible to have the runners on base/speed box available while at bat? I would then use this to replace my present overlay that gives this info while I am at bat. Thanks. From the readme included with the download: Install either with Kraw's TIT or manually copy the files into the datafrontend folder. So, if you aren't going to use the TiT to install it, then just put ALL the files into the datafrontend folder. As for the other question, I'll leave that to OTBjoel, the mod's author. "Oldtimev2" does not have the info bar. If this isn't what you were looking for, please send me a screenshot of the overlay you are using and I'll see about working it into the mod. danc
Thanks for the resonses. I found all the files in the datafrontend file except for one. That I found in the dataigshapes file. I downloaded into those files and it worked great. What I am looking for is just the box for the runners on base and their speed ratings. What I am presently using as an overlay is the 2007 ol file. It shows the rob speed graphic in the lower right hand side of the screen when I am at bat. The classic overlay does not display this box and I use it for hit and run playes etc. Hope this helps. stecropper
There are 2 versions of Joel's Oldtime overlay. One with an infobar and one without. The one with the infobar does show the runners on base Speed at all times.
OTBjoel
Don, I think I know what the poster wants. Do you want to know the speed of the batter as well as the men on base? I posted another update that takes care of this. It's also a little cleaner as the speed box is now split from the info bar. Also added a nice little sepia tone to it! Remember to download the file called otbw-info. That one has the infobar/speedbox.
danc
Thanks for the last update. My problem was that I thought the larger file was the one with the info bar. I am downloading the newest otbw-info.rar right now. Thanks again.
Homer
OTBjoel, i've been curious about this. you know how when you throw a pitch it shows the radar speed? i personally think it's more realistic to have it apart of the overlay, as you would see at the game or watching on tv. is this remotely possible? Trues
From my experience, it's not possible to move the pitch speed text as it's tied in with the pitch location.
OTBjoel
I haven't played with this but if Trues says it cannot be done then it probably can't. He's got by far the most experience with overlays.
