Cincinnati_kid
Are the rosters gonna be updated with the latest moves ( Jim Edmonds released, Frank Thomas signs with the A's etc.....) ? Thx.
kgbaseball
No, the time of roster updates is over!
maxbjr
It's really not that hard to make the rosters changes yourself. Go on MLB.com, check transactions, turn off budgets and trade options, move the players around, turn budgets and trade options back on, and guess what... your rosters are updated. :p

Cincinnati_kid
Totte is planning an up-to-date release of Ultimate Rosters soon. Thk you Mark B, for the simple answer. MLB rosters change everyday, with the call ups and send downs, I don't have the time to make every last roster move.

mondo_guitar
Is there a reason that the latest rosters only work with MVP 07 installed? I'm running a legit version of MVP 05 (because I just prefer the batter interface better) and whenever I add new rosters to my database folder, the game always shuts down. Any way around this problem so those who wish to keep with the original 05 interface, still can? Thanks!

Maybe someone else here can verify this. Cheers!!! :pint:
kgbaseball
If you want the extra cyberfaces, you need 07. If not, you can just install the .dat files into your database and play with the original 05 game.

I love all the hardwork you guys put into both 06 and 07 updates, I personally just find it too "awkward" with the 07 batting views. like I said, this is a legit copy, no crack being used. thanks again. PaperAssassin
Go to roster management and check the lineup formations, etc. I had the exact same problem before because some of the lineups had "holes" that had to be filled. Once I let the computer do the auto-fill, the game worked fine for me.
BigRog
mondo, Are you downloading a standard or plus edition? If your downloading plus edition then you will get a crash if your don't update cyberfaces.
mondo_guitar
mondo, Are you downloading a standard or plus edition? If your downloading plus edition then you will get a crash if your don't update cyberfaces. I'm using lunasonica's roster set from march 23rd minus the faces. As far as standard and plus, I don't see any "standard" rosters that are recent. How do I tell if a roster is standard or plus? Thanks.
