caliboyrob
I just installed 07 again, and have up-to-date rosters on it. I haven't installed anything else. I was attempting to simulate the season, a month at a time, and never made it past April 27th. (Simming as SF Giants USER TEAM) Any help would be appreciated. System Specs: Windows XP 2.6ghz processor 512mb Ram Graphics Card: nVidia PCI 256mb Ram Also, choppy on in-play balls, when throwing to and across the infield. I got the choppiness to go down a tad by installing 1x uniforms, and turning off all shadows. Thanks in advance!

caliboyrob
Okay. After poking around the support forum, I managed to fix the worse of the 2 issues I had. The game no longer freezes, and I was able to sim a whole season. The only issue left to resolve is the choppiness on the infield and after-the-pitch if the ball isn't put into play. I'll continue to dig. But if anyone can offer me some insight, I'd be one happy camper!
Maestro23
Is your video card integrated? If your video card is integrated, that is your problem. An integrated card uses System RAM to process your games, since it does not have its own dedicated memory. 512mb System RAM + 256mb Integrated Video will get you choppiness running the 07 Mod. phetal
Or, as I've noticed, if your disk is scratched, choppiness can happen. Also, if you're using a crack or a mounted image it can occur. Basically, if you have an illegal copy of the game, you should expect choppiness. My disc was badly scratched, and I briefly tried to use an image with no success, but then I borrowed my friend's copy of the game and the choppiness stopped. caliboyrob
Original CD's. Perfect Condition. nVidia GeForce non-integrated pci card, 256mb. I managed to get rid of most of the choppiness... I downloaded the video card drivers (it was running on XP drivers). I have everything set to 60hz, but I can't find the option to turn Vsync on.
