Guest
Hey all. I did a search and couldn't find any answers to this, so here's my question: I'm trying to edit the rosters for both the AL and NL All-Star teams. Whenever I try to move someone from one team to the All-Star team, they're taken off the team, and if I try to edit the All-Star roster, it edits the player on his team as well. Help, please? kgbaseball
It's a semi-complicated process involving the roster.dat and attrib.dat. Here's a thread that vaguely explains it. - Create a list of the All Star teams you want on paper. - Look up each player's hex ID in the attrib.dat - Locate All Star teams in roster.dat - Replace current hex IDs with the players you want on the teams at their correct position (put Utley in the 2b line, Manny in the LF line, etc) - Save roster.dat - Import .dat files into MVPEdit
DeuceBlades
Wow Kg, I was wondering that myself, because I had deleted Bonds in my dynasty, and replaced him with somebody else. That somebody else disappeared off the main roster and now I know why....lol sounds simple enough ;)
