We're not too impressed by the starters that are available so we're going to try to improve the bullpen. The bullpen was a problem last year. Casillas ate up over 100 innings last year. We like that. Oakland has proposed a two-year, $1.2 million contract so we're going to make our offer two years, 1.29 million. I feel like its the Price Is Right and I'm outbidding my opponent by $1. In real life, his last season was 2008 with the Blue Jays. In this dynasty, he didn't play in the majors in 2008. We're willing to risk $500k to see if he has anything left in the gas tank.
