TiT not working properly.

I just recently joined the community, and have downloaded and installed several mods using the TiT.

However now it seems to not want to work for me. I downloaded the new Tampa Bay Rays uniforms, and it won't install.

It does everything then at the end says something about and "Executable Error" or something of the sorts.

It also does this when I try to install Wrigley Field 08.

Any help is much appreciated.
