MVP Legends/Heroes Unlockables Question

I was just wondering if there is any way to trade players from MVP Legends or Heroes over to a MLB team for use in exhibition games?

For example, I want to trade Nolan Ryan from the MVP Legends roster to the Houston Astros.

I'm only asking this because I didn't see a way to do it in roster management.

You most likely can't do it from within the game (i.e. Roster Management), however, you can always do it outside the game using MVPEdit.

You can do it from within the game. All Legends and Heroes are listed in the "Free Agents" section.
