How do i pitch knuckleball to down of the zone?

I mean, I don't know how to control it. I couldn't figure out how to throw it to the spot between the strike zone and outside of the strike zone (on the line).

It can be easily to recognize it's a ball or a strike!

Anyone have this experience? I don't have this problem with other pitchers except Tim Wakefield.

Well, that's kind of the point. MVP is different from the next-gen games in that it actually more or less goes where you want it thrown. When Wakefield releases, he literally has no idea where the ball is going, and just hopes it isn't blasted 400' for a homer.

So, you don't know where it's going, but neither does the batter. If you're looking to paint the corner, use the curveball or a very well-placed fastball.

but when i pitch knuckleball to outside of the strike zone, they just dont swing!!!!

And if i pitch strike, they're going to bomb me...

My Tim's ERA now 6 point plus in MVP mode... sigh

For real, he should be a guy who has high strikeout rate, it never happened in the game :(

Then do what every good MVP player would do: adjust your sliders to accommodate your style of gameplay. Look around the forums for some ideas.
