I would imagine it is the data file but I am not too versed on this.. xiberger Posted July 13, 2008 Share Posted July 13, 2008 I'dont think those things are governed by the datafile. You might get more wild pitches when you mess with the pitch control sliders. As for balks, I didn't even know they existed in the game.
