ehhh Posted July 16, 2008 Share Posted July 16, 2008 www.fangraph.com I'm not sure if people are familiar with this site but if you look up any pitcher it will show you the percentages of each pitch they throw and the average speed. This could be a very good resource for KG or anyone else who wants to make pitchers as accurate as possible. For example, here is the info on Joba Chamberlain in 2008, the average speed is in parenthesis. Fastball Slider Curve Change 67.0% (95.3) 23.6% (85.2) 7.0% (77.7) 2.3% (82.6) This will give spot-on speeds for every pitcher and let you know what to make as their 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc pitch.
