Pirate
He's been trying to come back for several years. If I remember correctly he had a tryout with the Nuggets in 2006, but they chose not to sign him. One of his eight kids, a son, is an up and coming high school star... his name Shawn Kemp. Kayxero
Jebus Cristofer! Eight kids. Well at least he was making the money before to support that many, and hopefully has some bucks left. They say if you dont use it, you lose it. But they also say to wear your hard hat before doing all that demolition, grinding and pipe laying. Amirite? Homer
what a wasted talent kemp was. classic example of what not being dedicated does.
Kayxero
He still had out of his 15 seasons though, ten of them he was either the first or second leading scorer on the team. Then like Vin Baker, he got fat. Vin though thinned out and stayed around the league. Shawn then fell into drug problems which are never good for anyone. But was there not a guy in the MLB who overcame big drug issues. If he can do it, Shawn can. And if he has to play in Italy to be in pro ball again, then so be it. Homer
it's been rough for those knicks. if it makes you feel any better, we hung onto him for several years. that and our team decided to hold us ransom and leave for oklahoma city. on the brighter side, thomas is gone finally.
