winrar/vista massive issue

Hi,

Winrar gives me "access is denied" when i try to export .dll files.

I have already disables UAC,

am running as administrator.

Specifically,

If i try to export any folder to desktop, etc, winrar exports everything including subfolders and other files except dll files. Then gives the "access is denied" message.

I have tried different rar files, all with the same issue.

Futhermore, if i use winzip to extract, i get the "windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have appropriate permission to access the item"

I m try to extract some visual themes, etc.

Also winrar exports iso files and everything else without any problem.

I tried to take ownership of the windows32 folder by right-clicking and selecting. But still the same issue.

EDIT - BTW. I CANT EVEN OPEN/EXECUTE/EXPORT .EXE FILES.
