American baseball coaches going to Europe for the summer

Each year, several baseball clubs around Europe invite american coaches to their organisation to help manage in exchange for a place to stay, food and some money to get by.

Sometimes it's retired college or high school coaches and sometimes it's a kid in his mid 20's who's looking to explore the world a bit after graduating from college by coaching and playing in Europe.

Anyway, my team in Gothenburg is looking into doing the above for the 09 season. My question is if you guys know anything about this and what possible channels we might be able to go through to find us a coach and/or player?
