dawdy Posted October 28, 2008 Share Posted October 28, 2008 So, I am playing an MVP 05 dynasty, and most of the way through the season, I am almost completely satisfied with the results. I have only one major issue I would like the CPU to get a few more hits. I am playing on MVP with their contact and power all the way up. I do have a great pitching staff and defense, but my team WHIP is about 1.2 (which would beat this year's MLB best) and I have only given up about 120 doubles all year. If I gave up doubles at about twice the rate I am, I would be satisfied. I would just lower outfielder speed (they do have good range, but no balls find the gaps), but since I let the CPU field for me (I just pitch), it would boost my offense, as well. That would make it harder for you to locate your pitches, which would (most likely) result in the CPU getting more hits. I'll also have to drop the CPU power, as well. They hammer every bad pitch.
