xroye23x
Hey guys, I'm fairly new to the game (just got it this weekend) and actually baseball in general. After checking the game out and getting the 2008 roster update I decided to start my very first dynasty and did a fantasy draft. Decided to take the Angels as the team I would lead. This is the team I ended up with Starting Rotation 1- John Santana 2- Pedro Martinez 3- Rich Harden 4- Dontrelle Willis 5- Jeff Weaver Bullpen 1- Brad Lidge 2- Tom Gordon 3- Eric Gagne 4- Octavio Dotel 5- Kyle Farnsworth 6- Doug Brocail 7- Roberto Novoa 8- Hideki Okajima (closer) Hitting 1B- Ryan Howard 2B- Jeff Kent 3B- Wes Helms SS- Rafael Furcal LF- Juan Pierre CF- Josh Hamilton RF- Matt Kemp C- Javy Lopez Bench 3B- Aaron Boone CF- Jayson Werth RF- Rick Ankiel C- Jamie Burke If you have some comments or advice, feel free to let me know. SESbb30
I have a question. Why is okijima the closer instead of lidge?
xroye23x
i'm using lidge in a setup role for the moment, and he is doing a real good job okajima has 9 saves after 18 games, record is 15-3 do you think i should use lidge as my closer? lidge has pitched 15 innings, with a 0.6 ERA, 2 wins and 2 saves
