editing roster utilities

I tried to use mvpedit to edit my roster file

but

I cant launch mvpedit

because of some kind of error

its not those missing files

I downloaded those library files

but still didnt work

so

I decided to look for other tools

u guys have any suggestions

what tools I should use to edit my roster?
