I would like to see some of the AAA action...Anyhow, since I read it is possible to mod NBA2k, that should be a good sign for mlb2k?

Also, I like seeing the base-coaches, that's nice, and their emotion, especially on that triple play.

There's not going to be minor leagues in this year's edition

Completely wrong.

The developers very clearly stated in the recent round of Q&A that there will be A, AA, and AAA. Only the AAA and MLB levels will be playable, but the AA and A levels will be there in some capacity.

From the Dev Q&A: http://www.2ksports.com/forums/showthread.php?t=206397

We have all AAA, AA, and High A teams and leagues this year. The main difference is only AAA games will be playable this year. All rosters have been updated for minor league teams.

Bingo.

I really hope that doesn't mean they won't include Hadlock Field and Legends/Steinbrenner Field in this year's game (since they were both add-ons from last year)... it would only make sense that the game is finally made for PC and two stadiums I really care about wouldn't be included .

Is it true that 2K might not renew their MLB license next year? I been reading a lot about this on OS and other sites. I sure hope it's true, 2K is done with Baseball, they have released some of the worst Baseball games ever made.

i like the fact there taking notice to the lil things such as allstar gifs on the field, i know the world series logos will be there to , just like 2k9, they have the real logos for the nba finals this looks decent foreal! lol

I am looking forward to it, can't afford a playstation or xbox though

I have a HP Pavilion notebook that has a graphics card which is an ATI MOBILITY RADEON X600

Anyone know if the MLB 2K9 will work ok on my pc???

Download the NBA 2k9 demo. Should give you a good idea if your system can handle MLB 2k9.

Homerun video looks pretty cool.

The in-game injury example video includes a shot of the "injured" player suddenly shooting to his feet and walking around. Also the announcers say it missed him at first.

This is the example so good they put it on the web for all to see? Hmmm. Unfortunate.

Thanks for that I will give that a go, can always try upgrade, but didn't want to have to do that just yet

*Steve's been experimenting with sliders. He's still waiting for the Devs to get back with him on some issues he's found.

Nice to see a called 3rd strike.
