Kccitystar
Hey guys, one of my buds, Y2K, from Turn 2 Productions has a question for all of you, since his account hasn't been activated yet: Right now, he's trying to get a Yankee Stadium update started. He has some hopes of using OEdit to make it 100% authentic, things like redoing the facade, relocating some ads and fans, and adding the windows to the left field fence. He's pretty much completed everything that needs to be accomplished graphically, but he he's hit a wall in trying to edit what he wants to in OEdit. Right now, he's looking for anyone who's knowledgeable enough in OEdit to modify stadiums and wants to team up with him to complete this project. If you are interested, e-mail him at y2kcrazyjoker(at)hotmail(dot)com or IM on AIM at y2kcrazyjoker. Thanks guys.

The H
My advice for you is to contact Ezorn (BBSC), Renegade (here), SerialMike (HH2004), BigO (here) or Everdever (BBSC), as they seem to be the ones with the most OEdit knowledge around. Pirate (Jared) have some great stadiums too, but I'm not sure about him doing new mods using the latest technique with OEdit.
eko718
Thank you guys for taking on this project.... Renegade seems to be pretty proficient with the program you are reffering to....
hyman
I am a beginner in Oedit, but I have spent the past couple of weeks doing numerous oedit and graphical mods to the day version of Serial Mike's Yankee Stadium, including the window in the left field wall. It's not segmented as in real life, just one long window. I did it for my own personal use and had no intension of releasing it since it is a mod of another persons mod. If SerialMike is reading this thread and says it is ok to release it, then I will. Alternatively, if kccitystar has all original graphics, I can send my yankday.big to him and he can replace all of Serial Mikes graphics with his own and still have the Oedited modifications that I made. I still have a couple of more modifications to make, but it is almost complete. If you are interested, post here and let me know. PS- does anyone know what ad is on the back the wall of the right field bleachers just below the scoreboard.

Kccitystar just posted this thread for me when his account wasn't working. There's a bunch of changes I'd like to make to the stadium, besides what you've done so I'd like to do a few more things. Contact me on AIM if you wanna actually start working on this project.
hyman
I wouldn't want to start all over again, but you are certainly welcome to my files that I already modified. Here are a few screenshots: I don't have AIM, but I can email you the yankday.big, if you want to work with what I've done.
Y2K
Start over is not the right word... more like modify what you have already done. Do you have any messenger we can talk on?

MarkB
Maybe it's just me, but that scoreboard looks like it's been ripped from a Yankee Stadium from High Heat. Good luck with this though guys, I can't wait until an updated Yankee Stadium is released.
hyman
Good eye, Mark. That is exactly where I "borrowed" the graphic. That is another reason why I can't release it. I sent my files to Y2kcrazyjoker to review to see if he can use it with his graphics. Incidentally, it is now a live scoreboard keeping track of runs, hits and errors. Y2K
I would love to use it with my graphics, but there are just a few things that I would really appreciate if you could modify. For example, the left field window should go up higher and more to the left, and the Canon ad should be wider on the wall. I also know how to make the facade look much better than EA's current screwed up version. If you are up to making these and some other changes, let me know. I'd appreciate it. I went more into details in the e-mail I just sent you.
