Yankee4Life
This morning in the shoutbox I provided a link to this website called The Southpaw: Baseball Movies. And I encouraged people to check it out when they had a chance since it has to do with baseball. Well, I was looking around that site and as you scroll way down to the bottom of the page, a link is provided for you to download the full Jackie Robinson story. This movie was made in 1950 and it stars Jackie Robinson as himself. The movie itself is not long (one hour and sixteen minutes) and it was made while Robinson was still playing for Brooklyn. Here is the movie review from the Internet Movie Database (IMDB) and here is the Wikipedia entry of the movie. Download it. It's free. And save it. It's baseball history. MarkB
Thanks Y4L, I'll take a look at this when I've got some free time and post the links to the files, if I can get them.
