How will swing low help me? It seems that I get hits usually by only swinging high. Swinging up at a pitch doesn't make a lot of sense if you don't want to hit it over the wall. I'll swing high if I'm trying for a home run or if I have less than two outs, a runner on third and want to drive in a run with a sacrifice fly.
