Guest
So, here's my problem. I'm trying to switch logos from one team to another. I'm trying to switch the Louisville Cardinals logo from the l050.fsh file to the l055.fsh file. Here's what I've done. I opened the l050.fsh file in FshEd, clicked the "edit object properties" button on the top, and for each item, I renamed it from a050, e050, etc., into a055, e055, etc. After doing this, I saved the entire file as l055.fsh. I imported the file to the logos.big file in the frontend (yes, I'm sure it's in the correct MVP Baseball folder), and whenever I try search the team in the game, all I see for a logo is a large black square where the logo should be. Any help for this problem? Thanks!
kgbaseball
The index file within the .fsh needs to be updated to include the change. Change all the "l050.fsh" to "l055.fsh" when you open the index file with Notepad.
Guest
Okay, now the real newb question: how do I bring up the index in the .fsh file?
kgbaseball
I always use nfshtool to deal with .fsh files instead of fshed.
Guest
Okay, I tried doing that exactly as you said. I opened up the index file after extracting everything using nfshtool. I opened the index.fsh with notepad, renamed everything to 055, and still all I get are black squares. I'm sure that the images aren't corrupt because I got them from an already working mod. Any other suggestions?
kgbaseball
Make sure you save the index, then double click on it to make the change
