Yankee4Life
Dude what's your problem? Bad day @ school? Girlfriend dump you? Oh I get it... you're a Yankees fan so that's why you're ticked EDIT: Who removed my sig? Ok, let's get this clear before you start saying even more stupid things. This has nothing to do with me personally and it has nothing to do with the Yankees. You made a way out of line comment about shooting the President because you must have thought in that minuscule mind of yours that it was funny in some way. It wasn't. I don't find anything like that funny in any way. For the last time, keep your politics to yourself. If you can't, get out. Who removed my sig? I don't know and I don't care. rookie_rick
C'mon man. Just stop with the unnecessary comments. The fact is this isn't a thread for political views and saying you want to shoot someone is not something to joke about. Also saying you are going to shoot the President is a indictable offense, if i'm not mistaken.

Snash13
Cool down buddy... I haven't shot him... yet A comment like that is disgusting and Un-American, I don't care if you support him or not. At least respect the office that he holds. He is our leader for better or worse, weather you voted for him or not. I won't say if I voted for him or not. That comment was way out of line. UncleMo
In a legal argument, you wouldn't stand a chance following a comment like that. Trust me, i'm a law student. RR, stay the heck away from huge law firms unless you are sadistic, want no life, and want people to treat you like trash for your hard work. Go here if you want to know exactly what you'll be getting into: http://www.sweethotjustice.com/ Which is the fun site to recommend. Because working in a large law firm atmosphere means that that is the only fun you'll ever see, reading that site. Read everything. Now for asprin. That's just too easy.... watermelon-sized softball. 2. Umm, last I checked, I'm already married (which is starting to become a fuzzy term) 3. Yup....some weather is definitely coming. Finally, people might start donning rubbers (read between the lines). OK, interesting site time: http://www.songmeanings.net/ Lyrics to many songs and people's takes on them. beantown22
For movies and such, I thought the site you mentioned <Yankees4life> was good too, but the site I use is called myTheater.org. For me there were faster streams so I don't have to download. I havn't signed up or signed in and I watch movies all I want there. By the way I have to add that gainst the Orioles last night I stole 3rd base with Ellsbury, and then continued to steal home...by accident, but it worked. Go sox. MarkB
If you've got a Jones for a particular track and just want to hear it without digging out your old CDs, a lot of people go to YouTube. It's always been a pain, though, that when the video ends, you need to find the window and click play to hear it again. Not any more. Find the video you want to watch on YouTube. Watch it once. For my own example, I'll use "All I Need" by Method Man and Mry J. Blige. The URL for this video is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=siXunj15hKc Change the URL to http://youtuberepeat.com/watch/?v=siXunj15hKc The difference is removing the www. and inserting the word "repeat" after "youtube" and before ".com". It's a totally diferent site, but plays the video repeatedly. When you're done, just close the window or tab.
rolie
Very inspiring site for musicians. Good for practice or whenever you don't have a drummer. You can make drum like sounds unlike the boring clicks from a typical metronome. It's like a metronome with a drum machine at heart. http://advanced.bestmetronome.com/

MarkB
Co-signed, thanks Dylan. Good to see someone that classifies Chien-Ming Wang's 2-seamer correctly as a 2-seamer and not a true sinker. Wang is a sinkerballer. He throws tons of 2-seamers that bore in on RHs and sink away from LHs. His slider is standard, getting good break when thrown well. When thrown poorly the slider stays up, floating out of the strikezone. When facing LHs, Wang likes to use his changeup away. In 2008, Wang began using his splitter more often. It's still only used as a strikeout pitch, but you'll see it a few more times per game. The splitter has more velocity than the changeup, and may get unpredictable movement. I have noticed Posada have a difficult time catching it because it will sometimes bite quickly away from his mitt as it knuckles towards home plate. Wang's stuff doesn't blow anyone away, but his sinker is good enough to throw lots of quality innings. 5/1/09 CSJ *fastball(88-95), slider(80-85), changeup(79-84), split(81-87) EDIT - And they have a section on Nick Swisher's pitching repertoire.
