I imported them using EAGraph, then somewhere along the line, I forgot to quit out of EAGraph before I reloaded the game. When I looked for a certain player's portrait in the game, the game crashed. I thought it was because I forgot to quit out of EAGraph so I then copy & pasted my backup portait.big back into the game & redownloaded the portrait packs. I tried the process again, this time making sure to quit out of EAGraph. Again, I get the same results. I saw several threads like this but they were never answered. Thanks.
