BRK123
Need to get some help from some of you advanced computer users. Want to know if my computer will run this game or not. My system Pentium® 4 CPU 3.60 GHZ How do you find out if you have a dual core processor? Video Card Radeon X800 XT (128 I believe) I read the system requirements and was not sure if it would work. Any advice would be appreciated. BRK
Wicked420
No, your video card does not support pixel shader 3.0.
baseballfans
As Wicked420 say your card doesn't do PS 3. But if U upgrade your video card to 2k9 recommendation than all is good. U do not need to have dual core PC to run this game but having it certainly make thing run smoother
hackman2007
As mentioned previously, your current graphics card is not able to handle this game. I also doubt you are going to be able to upgrade to anything decent since it probably is using AGP. LGA775 started using PCIe around the P4's, but I'm guessing with the age of that card it's AGP. Not only that, you would probably have to upgrade your power supply (which probably wouldn't work if pre-built since it may be proprietary). rolie
7800gs agp would work fine for you.
Yankees1975
I have this card. It runs 1024x768 85hz quite well with 4096 Texture Mem Crowd High Player High Wierd because NBA 2k9 needs 1024 Texture Mem Crowd Med Player Low
