jaywil Posted April 4, 2009 Share Posted April 4, 2009 Trying to run the game. I clicked on the .exe file to launch the game, i got the secure rom error. THe prompt for secure rom suggested to run a command to disable the DLA on my DVD Drive. I typed in dla disable d: now my computer does not acknowledge I have a D drive. Anyone know how I can undo this? I restored my computer to a previous time prior to running the command, it now show I have drive d. but when I click on it, i get drive d is not accessable and then it disappears? jaywil Posted April 6, 2009 Author Share Posted April 6, 2009 Sorry for taking so long to answer, I have been having PC Issues, it turns out my dvd rom was going out. I have replaced it with a back up and have gotten the game reinstalled. I will attempt to install the patch. I have XP service pack 3. I tried kraws fix before i uninstalled the game because I kept getting the securerom error and not reading my disc. Has there been any news about the issue with service pack 3?
