Graphic Help

I recently downloaded the MVP 08 mod because I cannot afford to buy a new game at this time, and I want to play some baseball. I remember a while back, maybe it was KC, who said you can adjust a setting on your computer to make the graphics in game look a lot "smoother" and less "choppy". I cannot remember what it was or how to do it, but if anyone has an idea to make the game look "smoother" please let me know. Thanks.

Upgrade your graphics card or maybe even your entire PC. That's more than likely your reason for choppy gameplay. I just had to purchase a new video card myself because even though this game is a 2005 game, you must have a decent gaming system for it to run smoothly.

The gameplay isnt choppy. Maybe a better way of saying it is the player models and some of the objects in the stadium look a little rough around the edges and less smooth.

Take some screenshots with Fraps and show us what you mean.

Anti aliasing, I think. I actually have no idea how, and maybe that isn't even the correct way to say it/spell it, but that is what you are needing to change. Either turn it off, or turn it on, but like I said, I have no idea how.

Yep, anti-aliasing. Go to your graphics card properties, and increase it step by step until you achieve a balance in game of good graphics and good FPS. Once you get to a stage where the gameplay is too slow for you to play, back it up one step and run it like that. I'd recommend playing an inning or so to ensure all the stadium graphics, player models, uniforms etc., are loaded and you don't get any slowdown.
