beantown22 Posted May 15, 2009 Share Posted May 15, 2009 Instead of trading for names...I love to trade for minor league players...I am in a franchise with the Red Sox..I know J Tek is on his way out slowly so I traded minor league players for a switch hitting minor league catcher and brought him up to MLB to get some time in.....For pitchers I have a AAA starter in and at 10-1 in my franchise he is 1-0 with a 0 ERA...In middle relief I brought up a AA pitcher and he also 1-0 with a 0 ERA...I love trying to plan for the future in my franchises....I have Smoltz and Wakefield in the bullpen as I know I need to look for future young starters.
