there templates in the download section here, under mvp2004 downlads and 2005 there two of them, i know of. as for hetting them into the gaem, once you have what you want look for uniforms tutorial, under mvp2004. that will explain what you need to do.

There's a uniform tutorial under the section called "tutorials" for MVP 2005.
