Help With Making A Uniform

Hello,

My 1st post is a request... Hmmm, I am not usually the type to do this so I'm sorry, but I am not a smart man when it comes to modding stuff. I can use the editors that all you fine people have made and stuff. I am pretty sure I have figured out how to get my logos and name changed to what I want, but I for the life of me can't figure out how to make and get uniforms into the game.

I want to add the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers as the Brewers Single A team instead of the Brevard County Manatees. Like I said I pretty much have the Name changing and Logo adding parts down, but making the uniform is my draw back. I have been trying, but I use Paint Shop Pro for my painting needs and I can't work Gimp & EAGraph very well and can't afford PhotoShop. The userface is really weird for me to try and use to make stuff in.

I guess if need be I can go without the uniforms as I play the 1994 mod every day with missing minor unis, but it would be awesome if someone could work these up or help me figure out how to do them. The figuring out part I know nothing. I bring up the couple different templates on the site and I stare at them. Read the tutorial go back and it just don't seem to click for me. It's mainly the program and that I can't use Paint Shop unless I delete layers in Gimp first which is something I don't want to do obviously.
