Corrupted Dynasty?

I'm playing my dynasty, and MVP 2005 editor to change teams from time to time, then seemingly out of nowhere when I try to the next game after I've switched teams, I click "play today's game" as normal then game crashes to the desktop. I try to load my dynasty again but it crashes everytime I click the proceed button. Is possible that my dynasty has become corrupted? And if so what would cause this, and has anyone else had this same, or a similar problem like this?

It shouldn't be a cyberface issue because, I always try to keep on top cyberface IDs, and stuff like this to prevent crashes. And my other dynasties loads without any problems.
