tntph03nix
I installed KG's 09 roster and some of the black players have white faces and black arms. It's kind of weird. I tried ignoring it, but now its just too annoying. Please fix them for the next roster. Some of the players I can remember are Soto (Catcher from the Cubs) Carlos Marmol (Closing Pitcher from the Cubs) and well idk what you can do about this one, but Koske Fukudome (Right Fielder from the Cubs) There might be more. Thanks for looking.
emath2432
Open the roster in MVPedit, go to the player that is that way, and change his face value. What it is is that the face value got set to be the cyber face of a white guy, but his skin color is still dark. To make it easiest, they wont have an actual cyber face of themselves, but change it to 901-905 for a white guy, 906-910 for a medium guy, and 911-915 for a black guy. For whatever reason, the models.big file that KG used to update them must be different than yours, so when he set the face value to the players face in his file (say Geovany Soto's), your models.big file has a white guys face installed in that slot, instead of Soto's. His future roster updates will never fix it because his file apparently different than yours One thing, make sure you are set up to MVP 08, as his rosters are made for that, and not an older mod (or the original 05)

I like it this way. Let me know when they release 09. I'll check it out. Anyways, thanks for the info.
emath2432
That would likely explain it. Whatever slot Soto's face is in was apparently a white guy's face in the 07 mod. Just have to update the face numbers in MVPedit for the ones that are wrong. Not to hard a job, just take a little while to go through the major league level guys, at least. tntph03nix
Thanks, well I decided to update to 08. I did that today, but I don't like the Wrigley Field, both day and night, from the 08 Mod so I decided to download a couple to try. I'm having a weird experience. One time, the night one worked while I was the Cubs and pitched the the Cardinals, but when it was my turn to bat, the error report came up. Other times it comes up right as soon as I click ok to play. Yet, sometimes it will load the intro, show the pitcher stats and batting lineups, then when it comes time to play, just gives the error. Any ideas? Only one that works fine is the 08 mod's versions. I've even tried the 07 mod's versions.
