I know that during the 1960s the Yankees did not have so many fans, but is there a way to get the crowd back to full capacity as opposed to just having half the stadium filled? That's how Sean O made the stadium. The only way you can fix this is to either edit the stadium yourself by putting more people in or substituting this stadium with another version of Classic Yankee that has the fans jammed packed in the park.
