JoeRudi26
Just curious, with all the mods, camera views, datafiles, overlays and so on, it's proably safe to say that no 2 MVP's look alike. Here's mine: Batting View/Pitching View Use for both. Fielding View (Infield) Fielding View (Outfield) It's probably surprising how different some look compared to others. Jim825
It all depends upon which version I'm playing - TC1951, TC1956, TC1978, TC9, MVP08, WBC, etc. ^_^
MilkmanAnt
I was 6-7 in this game in my Dynasty. I juuust missed with the pitch inside. Monroe hit a 446 ft bomb to left on the next pitch! My alignment. JR yours looks crazy good. I'm sure you touched it up a bit though, lol. I was thinking about modding up one of these great custom overlays to make some kinda "Friday Night Baseball" thing. I've been using FSN "___" all year depending where I am.
redsox
Do you play your games with bloom effect Jay? The first picture seems to have an effect but I can't tell with the other two.

No, no bloom effect, although I have tried it out. Just been trying out some Gaussian blur effects whenever I use Fraps. Do you use it, V?

MilkmanAnt
MILK- What is that second pic from? Is that a batting view? Nope. Batter walk-up. 1st one is. I can't hit with that kinda view lol.
JoeRudi26
I can't hit with that kinda view lol. I didn't think so, but trust me, I've seen people try. I like the FSN overlay positioned at the top of the screen. I need to do some research. ^_^

I don't use it anymore. I tried out rolie's update on my old desktop when he uploaded it sometime back and it actually looked good. But when I tried the same on my new system, it didn't work well. Had a lot of stuttering (which doesn't make sense since my new computer is far better and more powerful than my old one). Anyway, I just never spent the time to play around with the different options.

JoeRudi26
What a great idea for a thread. Wish I thought of it. Thanks Y4L. You know, as I was going through the downloads section it just hit me how many different combinations and varieties of ways this game could look. It would be really interesting to see the many different "faces" of this game. If anyone wants to post their images, but don't know how, just follow these steps: 1. To take the in game pictures, you will need to download FRAPS. 2. Upload your pics on an image hosting site, here's a couple: Tiny Pic Image Shack 3. On the image hosting site, copy the address of the pic: 4. Paste it in this message box That should be it.
tntph03nix
You don't NEED fraps. It is good, yes, but you don't need to have it to do this. When your in game, use print screen button. It takes a picture of the screen. Then go into paint and paste the picture in there. Save it as a .png That always works best. Upload to imageshack.us or another site. JoeRudi26
Good thread JR. Hey M, if you get the chance, I'd love to see what views, overlays, etc. you use. If you don't have the time, don't worry about it.

But FRAPS allows you to take multiple screenshots with ease. With the print screen option, you have to alt-tab every time you need to save a picture. That hassle is elimiated with FRAPS. wrigleyville33
Wow, JR, good thread. On my brand new spankin' computer (christmas), mvp does look quite amazing with the aa and everything maxed out on my graphics card. I know you don't want to know about the graphics or w/e. Yet when I bought my ps3 in February, I uninstalled mvp, and have played the show since. So JR, what made you come back to mvp? I'm curious to see how much of a difference I would see by going from mvp to the show (amazing transition) to the show back to mvp. I wonder how much different mvp would be for good or worse.
