I lost my copy of MVP Baseball 2005 for pc, haven't played the game in atleast 14 months so i am wanting to buy a copy from someone if they are selling it ( btw used to be part of community for awhile back but quit and forgot user so made new account so thats why i have less than 5 posts.)

I am wanting to buy the game for less than it is going on ebay and buy it without bidding others :D

If anyone has an extra copy for some random reason then let me know please.

Good luck with this, but it seems you are asking for a lot with this statement.

It's not as hard as you might think.

The key to E-bay is to bid as LATE as possible - I've personally done it with 3 seconds left - and if you are the only bidder - then the item is yours for sometimes much less than the "demand" price. It's just all in the timing.

Exactly what I did. Be very patient on ebay with this game, wait until the last few seconds, literally.

It's not as easy as you may think, or suggest. if you wait until those last few seconds, you could blow it all because you don't know what someone else bids--which could be in the last 10 seconds or so. If you don't bid higher than someone's maximum bid, you end up with nothing.

Well, I've had an account there since 1998, so yes I know how easy or hard it is to get an item or three. :)

If someone wants an item bad enough, their bid will reflect what the item is worth to them. So it's a "game within a game" mentality - but bidding wars do no one any good except the seller.

I got my copy of Mvp 05 the easy way. I went into Gamestop, forked over $29.99 plus tax and that was that. And I didn't even have to wait in line.

I bought my first copy at Circuit City and didn't have to wait on line or do any bidding. :)
